Accessability
Every music fan should be able to visit our festival and we make every effort to ensure that guests with a disability can also enjoy a relaxed and unforgettable festival visit.
Arrival
Arrival by car
Parking spaces are available free of charge to holiday home, cottage and hotel guests throughout the festival site.
Arrival by train
A transfer can be booked from Oldenburg i. Holstein railway station to Weissenhäuser Strand via the reception/information desk. The transfer costs € 10.00 per person and route. Registration for the transfer must be made by 12 noon the day before.
Luggage will of course be transported free of charge.

Ticket purchase & accommodation
You need a regular Festivalpass for the Rolling Stone Beach. People with a "B" in their disability card can take an accompanying person with them to the festival free of charge - they do not need an own ticket. This does not apply to the accommodation at Weissenhäuser Strand.
Festival wristbands will be issued at the entrance upon presentation of the ID. Please note that we can only check in your companion if they arrive together with you.

Venues
Generally, all venues are indoor/covered and accessible at ground level or via ramps/elevators.
Zeltbühne
Our palace marquee "Zeltbühne" is laid out with a level floor that is wheelchair accessible. There is a gravel/pebble area in front of the tent. However, there will be a paved path to the tent.
Inside the tent you will find a platform on the left in front of the stage where wheelchair users and a maximum of one accompanying person can enjoy the concerts. Depending on the capacity, guests who have a disability but not a wheelchair can also stay there.
In the tent to the right of the stage you will find a small seating area so that you can also enjoy the shows while sitting down.
Baltic Festsaal
The "Baltic Festsaal" is accessible at ground level via a lift from the Galeria.
Möwenbräu
The "Möwenbräu" venue is accessible at ground level via a lift from the Galeria.
Alm
The venue "Alm" is accessible at ground level.
Sanitary facilities
There are toilets suitable for the disabled at various locations on the Weissenhäuser Strand holiday complex. These are signposted on site.
Paved paths
All paths on the Weissenhäuser Strand holiday complex are paved.
The beach is accessible without steps up to the beach bistro.
The sandy beach begins at the beach bistro, where there is no paved path.
Weissenhäuser Strand leisure facilities
Restaurants
All restaurants at Weissenhäuser Strand are accessible without steps.
Subtropisches Badeparadies
Access to the water adventure park is free of charge for our weekend visitors. Persons with the signs "B" and "H" are allowed to take an accompanying person to the Subtropisches Badeparadies.
There is a changing room and a toilet that are accessible for disabled persons.
Please note: Only the wave pool and toddler pool areas are accessible without steps.
Abenteuer Dschungelland
Access to Abenteuer Dschungelland is free of charge for our weekend visitors. People with the "B" and "H" signs are allowed to take an accompanying person to Abenteuer Dschungelland
Wheelchair users pay only €5.00 admission.
There is a disabled toilet at the Adventure Land, but there are no grab rails on the toilet.
Note: Only the lower floor is accessible without steps.
Dünenbad
Persons with the signs "B" and "H" are allowed to take an accompanying person to the Dünenbad of the ****Strandhotel.
The Dünenbad is accessible without steps.
There is a changing room and a toilet that are accessible to disabled persons.
There is a lift into the pool and grab rails inside the pool.
Heimspiel Game Center
The leisure hall with bowling alley, skittles etc. in the Galeria is accessible without steps via a ramp.
There is a disabled toilet in the Galeria.
Supermarket
On the grounds of Weissenhäuser Strand at the end of the Galeria you will find "EDEKA Jens" with a bakery. The supermarket is accessible without steps.
Other information
Light effects
Please note that it is possible that stroboscope and light effects are used in the shows, which can cause epileptic seizures in some people.
Medication
If you are bringing prescription drugs that fall under the narcotics law onto the festival site, please also carry the relevant prescription from your treating doctor with you.
Security
Our security service will be on hand to help and advise you. If you feel unwell or need help, please speak to our staff, who are recognisable by their red waistcoats. In addition, a first-aid service will be on site during the event and will be available for medical emergencies.
